General Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with SAGE by Saga Sif, the buyer agrees to the following terms.

Payment Methods:
Customers can make payments using credit cards, Pei, or Netgíró.
All card transactions are processed through the secure payment gateway KORTA.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in ISK and include VAT where applicable.

Customers outside Iceland may be responsible for additional import duties and taxes, depending on local regulations.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL or other reliable couriers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are possible for size changes with proof of purchase. Sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items.
