Return Policy:
The customer has 14 days from receipt to cancel the purchase, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original, unopened packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- If the customer wishes to return a product that is not defective or incorrect, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the customer receives a defective or incorrect item, SAGE will cover the shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- Products can be exchanged for a different size with a valid receipt. The item must be in its original condition with the price tag attached.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items.

If a customer purchases a defective product from the SAGE by Saga Sif online store, they may receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances and nature of the defect. Consumer rights regarding defective products are governed by the Consumer Purchase Act No. 48/2003.
